Air Conditioning
Available free of charge-unlimited. The hotel has a centrally controlled air condition system (set to 23 – 26°c in room/apartment). No heating in the apartments.
Safety Box
We recommend that you use the safety box in your room for all your valuables.
The hotel does not assume any responsibility for items not kept in the safety box.
For your safety, we recommend that you close the balcony doors and windows at night and whenever you leave your apartment/room.

Room Cleaning
Your suite is cleaned daily.
Fresh Bath Towels & Bed Linen
Would you like fresh bath towels and/or bed linen? Place your used towels/linen in the laundry basket in the bathroom. You can exchange your used pool and beach towels for fresh ones at Reception.
Pool and beach towels are only washed upon request to minimize water usage and negative impact to the environment.
Please place the used towel in the basket in your bathroom and we will change them. You can also pick up fresh towels from reception or from the spa reception between 10:00-18:00.

Say No to Mosquitoes
Keep mosquitoes away and stop them from buzzing around by using the mosquito killer in your room. The mosquito repellent tablets are available for purchase at Mini Market. Simply place one tablet in the evening and replace it with a new one the next day.

Smoking Policy
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is permitted in designated smoking areas outside the hotel entrance. It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, balconies and terraces.
