At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Bootylicious is the perfect workout if you enjoy training hard and efficiently. In just 30 minutes, you'll engage in high-intensity training with full focus on thighs, glutes, and abs. Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Did you know that Lollo comes from Africa? During this activity we will go out on an exciting safari adventure where we will get to know all of Lollo’s animal friends. We will also learn more about Lollo’s heritage and how she ended up at this hotel. During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. Be a star for a night! In this activity teenagers have the chance to perform an act of their own choice. This is the first out of two mandatory rehearsals. Please come prepared with an act, the showteam will help you rehearse and develop your idea. The songs we use during the activity has been cut down to shorter versions. The duration of the activity depends on the numbers of teens participating. 

Come and get your face painted in fantastic colors. Do you want to look like a pretty butterfly, a giraffe like Lollo or a bear like Bernie?

Power Pilates is a fun, sweaty and up-beat Pilates class. You will work through different sequences of movements inspired by Pilates and Barre which will really challange your muscles. The class is a great strength and flexibility workout for the whole body. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Join our fitness class while letting your child engage in activities with our competent activity team. Please drop off your child at the Fitness Studio 5 minutes before the class starts. The babysitting option is available for children aged 3-11. By booking this, you are also signing up for the Power Pilates class.

Hang out in the Teen Lounge with our Teen Host. Here you can read, relax, talk, listen to music or join some of our games, crafts and activities. Today's theme is 'Jewelry Making,' where the kids create their own unique accessories!
