At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

A circuit training class where we train fitness and strength at different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination. Show up 5 min before class starts. At this class teens are welcome to participate.

When the sun starts to dip, the show team lights up the afternoon with energy and joy.Get ready for a playful mix of international hits you’ll know — with lots of sing‑along fun and dancing for everyone.

Pyjamas Night is a cosy evening where children can unwind with gentle activities, storytime, and a relaxing movie together with our activity team. Children are welcome to bring their pyjamas and favourite cuddly toy to make the evening extra special. Our competent activity team will take care of the children. Pizza and light refreshments will be served during the activity. You can book one or more hours: 17:30-18:30, 17:30-19:30 and/or 17:30-20:30. Each hour costs 9 euros per child.

When the best friend is a little sad, Lollo & Bernie throw a surprise party! And you're invited! But remember, don't tell anyone. It's a secret!
