At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

Please make individual reservations for both the guardian and the child participating in this joyful practice. Family Yoga offers quality time together with no pressure to achieve anything — everyone participates according to their own ability. The class follows a story that runs through the entire session. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Release is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Show up 5 min before class starts.
