At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

A circuit training class where we train fitness and strength at different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination. Show up 5 min before class starts. At this class teens are welcome to participate.

This is the second out of two mandatory rehearsals, and during this activity we prepare for tonight's show! To join this activity, participation in Rehearsal 1 is required. The duration of the activity depends on the numbers of teens participating.
