At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

Did you know that Lollo comes from Africa? During this activity we will go out on an exciting safari adventure where we will get to know all of Lollo’s animal friends. We will also learn more about Lollo’s heritage and how she ended up at this hotel. During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. Light refreshments and beverages will be provided during this activity.

During this activity, all teens are welcome to bring their parents. Together, you can get familiar with the Teen Lounge, meet our Teen Host, play board games, or just relax for a while. Welcome!

For a few hours a day you can spend some quality time together with your teen at the gym. All guardians are responsible for their teens while working out in the gym.

Bernie is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. His best friend, Lollo, is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. During Bernie's appearance he will walk around the hotel area to greet all children. Come and meet him!

Please make individual reservations for both the guardian and the child participating in this joyful practice. Family Yoga offers quality time together with no pressure to achieve anything — everyone participates according to their own ability. The class follows a story that runs through the entire session. Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Join Lollo the giraffe’s very own Aqua Fitness in the pool. We dance and do crazy exercises together with Lollo.

Join us in our Recharge Hour, where you can take a break on your own terms. Enjoy calming music, soft LED lights, and sensory tools like fidget toys to help you relax and reset in a peaceful environment.

Be a star for a night! In this activity teenagers have the chance to perform an act of their own choice. This is the first out of two mandatory rehearsals. Please come prepared with an act, the showteam will help you rehearse and develop your idea. The songs we use during the activity has been cut down to shorter versions. The duration of the activity depends on the numbers of teens participating.

Aqua Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that takes place in the water. It combines the principles of Tabata training, which involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest, with the resistance and buoyancy provided by water. This unique combination creates a challenging and effective workout that delivers maximum results. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Hang out with new friends and watch a movie, eat pizza and enjoy some snacks  During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the teens for the whole duration.

Music! What is music? Well, music is sound! And who can make fun sounds out of everything around them better than Lollo & Bernie? They end up forming a whole band (a whole orchestra)! All you need is a pinch of imagination!
