At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Bernie is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. His best friend, Lollo, is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. During Bernie's Appearance he will walk around the hotel area to greet all children. Come and meet him!

Challange the whole family for a round of Mini Golf.

Family Yoga offers some quality time together. The focus is on movement, focus, and above all, joy. No need to accomplish something,everyone does the exercises after own ability and the yoga class is based on a story that follows through the whole class. Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, watch a movie, play games and join our fun activities. Today's theme is "Lollo".

For a few hours a day you can spend some quality time together with your teen at the gym. All guardians are responsible for their teens while working out in the gym.

Have you ever tried VR glasses? Join this activity and step in to a world of VR!

Join a gym introduction with one of our instructors to get started with your training. The instructor goes through the gym equipment and how to use it together with the participants, and will also give advice on how to create a workout routine. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about how to get started with your gym training.  Show up 5 min before class starts. 

Be a star for a night! In this activity teenagers have the chance to perform an act of their own choice. This is the first out of two mandatory rehearsals. Please come prepared with an act, the showteam will help you rehearse and develop your idea. The songs we use during the activity has been cut down to shorter versions. The duration of the activity depends on the numbers of teens participating.

Here you have the opportunity to paint the Teen Host as colorful as you like.

Step into your step training. This class is a high- intensity cardio workout with adjustable step and a weight plate. Get your body and energy going in a step-fun way. This power workout will work your whole body, while also giving that choreographed challenge. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Come and join a game of Beach Volleyball; perhaps the traditional one or maybe with a twist?
