At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Family Tabata is a high intensity, full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. This class is fun and suitable for children of 8 years and up to join with their guardian. Quality time at its best! Show up 5 min before class starts, and make a reservation per participant.

Dance, stop! Come and dance with us in this fun, classic game!

For a few hours a day you can spend some quality time together with your teen at the gym. All guardians are responsible for their teens while working out in the gym.

Lollo is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. Her best friend, Bernie, is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. During Lollo or Bernie's Appearance they will walk around the hotel area to greet all children.  Come and meet them!

A circuit training class where we train fitness and strength at different stations. The instructor coaches and inspires the guests to tough and effective workout without increasing demands on coordination. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Bring the whole family to join a game of Football; perhaps the traditional one or with a twist?

At Lollo & Bernie´s After Beach there will be sing-a-long, rhythmics and gentle moves for both old and young. Join us in Lollo & Bernie's After Beach. 

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

“Voulez Vous”? “Mamma Mia”, this evening you will be “Under Attack” by ABBA but “Honey Honey” we know, “People Need Love” so just “Ring Ring” and bring your loved ones. “The Winner Takes It All” in your “Summer Night City” and the “Anthem” will make you recall “Our Last Summer” with “Kisses of Fire”. “When All Is Said And Done” – we are sure this evening has been ”Super Trouper”!
