At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

You can rent a kit from the reception to do exercise at your room. Watch the video for inspiration and examples on what exercises you can do. Price is per week.

Hang out in the Teen Lounge with our Teen Host. Here you can read, relax, talk, listen to music or join some of our games, crafts and activities.

Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, listen to music, play games, create pearls & beads and join our fun activities.

Water Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that takes place in the water. It combines the principles of Tabata training, which involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest, with the resistance and buoyancy provided by water. This unique combination creates a challenging and effective workout that delivers maximum results. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Be a star for a night! In this activity teenagers have the chance to perform an act of their own choice. This is the first out of two mandatory rehearsals. Please come prepared with an act, the showteam will help you rehearse and develop your idea. The songs we use during the activity has been cut down to shorter versions. The duration of the activity depends on the numbers of teens participating.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga and inspired, by the traditional Vinyasa Yoga system. Yoga practice soothes your body and mind while excercising mobility, strenght and balance. This is a yoga class for beginners to yoga as well as more experienced participants. Show up 5 min before class starts. At this class teens are welcome to participate. Make one booking per participant.

It’s time to get those cozy clothes on and crawl up in the sofa! Bring a big smile and join us for an evening filled with cozy activities and pizza.  During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children.

Music! What is music? Well, music is sound! And who can make fun sounds out of everything around them better than Lollo & Bernie? They end up forming a whole band (a whole orchestra)! All you need is a pinch of imagination!
